Companies and organizations can obtain significant volume discounts for large numbers of users. If you're not sure regarding an expected user count, you can buy a minimum required number of licenses today and later obtain more licenses. We will calculate and provide you a discount to compensate for the difference between initial higher per-user price and lower per-user price according to the volume discounts and number of days the initial license was used.
For example, you've got a license for 7 users, 65 USD per user, 455 USD total. Few months later (but less than one year) you decide that you need licenses for 10 users. The regular per-user price for 10 users is 60 USD, 600 USD total. You can just make another order for a 10-user license, we will provide you a 455 USD discount for that order. In fact you will have to pay only 600-455=145 USD for additional 3 users, or about 48 USD per user. Please note that these calculations do not take into account VAT/taxes.
If you decide to change the user count during renewal (see below), then you can just apply the renewal discount for the required user count.
All our licenses are perpetual. The license key allows you to install and use Pro version updates for free during one year since the purchase date. If you would like to continue receiving updates for another year, you can obtain a license key prolongation at the 50% of the regular price.

If you need to use our different tools for different DBMS, this license allows you to save 50 percent compared to the total cost of all our tools. Moreover, this license is eligible for the renewal discount.
If you have a license for some other KS DB Merge Tools application then we'll be happy to provide you a 50% discount for our tool for SQL Server. Please note that this offer can not be combined with any future renewal discount (50% renewal discount can not be increased in this case).
KS DB Merge Tools is using some open-source libraries and in turn we will be happy to provide free licenses for the Pro versions of our tools for those who participate in the active development of the significant open-source project.
